Guarantee and delivery conditions

Taiga’s responsibility for the product ceases one year after the delivery date. Purchased goods are normally delivered within 1–3 working days if the garments are in stock and do not need to be customised. If the expected delivery time is longer, this will be stated in your order confirmation. Goods are normally shipped as a business parcel via Posten (The Swedish Post). A delivery fee will be charged.

Exchange

You have the right to return and exchange for a different size or colour within 10 days of purchase, provided the garment is unworn, undamaged and not made to order. A copy of the invoice and delivery note must always be enclosed with the return. Please note that you (the customer) are liable to pay for the return shipment and the cost for the shipment back to you

Note: The goods must be sent by business parcel to: Taiga AB, Annebergsvägen 3, SE-432 48 Varberg, Sweden. Specify clearly what goods you want to exchange the item for (indicating item no., size, colour etc.) The goods must be returned in the condition in which you received them, and preferably in the original packaging.

Please note:

Customised garments, printed garments or garments with company logos cannot be exchanged.

Discounts and special offers

Any valid discounts and special offers will be applied by Taiga when your order is processed. No price reductions will show up on the receipt you receive via e-mail. They will only show in the invoice enclosed with the parcel.

Right to return goods (private consumers)

Under the Swedish Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act, (2005:59) private consumers have the right to return all goods within 14 days.

If you want to return goods that you have purchased, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods. Please send your notification in writing, either by e-mail to order@taiga.se or by post to Taiga AB, Box 20, SE-432 21 Varberg, Sweden. You can also fill out and send us the standard form on the website of the Swedish Consumer Agency (www.konsumentverket.se).

If you decide not to accept the goods, you cannot do this by simply not picking up your parcel. You must always notify us in writing as indicated above. You must send or bring the returned goods back to us within fourteen (14) days. You must pay the return postage. You also bear the risk of the goods being damaged during return transit, so make sure you pack the goods carefully. When you return goods, you will be refunded via the payment method used to pay for the goods. The refund will be made within 30 days after the date we receive the returned goods. In order to receive a full refund, you must return the goods in their original condition. Among other things, this means you must not have used them.

The right to return goods does not apply to corporate entities.
