Impvax
IMPVAX® is an eco-friendly impregnation that creates a water-repellent surface and increases wind resistance on exposed areas. The wax is recommended for outerwear that is not washed frequently and works well on fabric blends containing cotton, such as our TP-122. It should not be used on garments with transfer prints, membranes, or other protective layers (such as Gore-Tex and TWP), as these may be negatively affected. Instructions and tips: For best results, apply several thin layers rather than one thick layer. The water-repellent effect decreases with machine washing, and the wax melts at 60 degrees, so rinsing in cooler water is recommended. Leather and suede should not be treated.
